Preview of METC 2012 Keynote Speaker Podcast

Midwest Education Technology Conference Keynote Speaker John Carver (from Van Meter Community School District in Iowa) presents twice on Tuesday, February 14. The first presentation is with the Breakfast for Administrators where he’ll discuss Our “Printing Press” Moment: Educational Transformation, hold on to your hats!. Later in the day, he’ll talk about Hitting a Moving Target: The Nuts & Bolts of Becoming a 21st Century School District. The 2012 Midwest Education Technology Conference searchable program is up on METCconference.org. You can look up sessions, topics, days, or speakers – plan your conference ahead of time!

Also on METC website, you can find travel information, bookstore news, and current contests/ giveaways associated with the 2012 event at the St. Charles Convention Center.

METC 2012 Proposals Due 8.30.11

Tomorrow is the deadline to submit 2012 Midwest Education Technology Conference proposals! Be sure to get yours in today. Strands for this year’s conference include:

Exhibitors can also submit a proposal by going to the website and have the same proposal deadline of Tuesday,  August 30th.  All exhibitor information is listed on the exhibitor page.
