2013 Midwest Spotlight Educator William Chamberlain received his BS in Elementary Education from Missouri Southern State University and his MA in Curriculum and Instruction from William Woods University. He is a trained eMINTS teacher as well as a facilitator for the Wet (Water Education for Teachers), WILD, and Learning Tree projects. He is a Fablevision Ambassador.
